1. The Service

DocuAssist AI Technologies ("DocuAssist AI", "we", "us") provides cloud-native artificial intelligence infrastructure that transforms business documentation into real-time, grounded conversational knowledge assistants deployed on docuassistai.online.

2. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

Customer Retains 100% Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to your uploaded documents, corporate policies, internal manuals, and trademarks remain solely yours. DocuAssist AI Technologies claims no intellectual property rights over customer datasets.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commitments

DocuAssist AI is designed for enterprise fault-tolerance across Google Cloud Platform and AWS:

• 99.95% Monthly Uptime: We guarantee 99.95% uptime for all paid commercial tiers.
• Financial Remedies: In the event uptime falls below 99.95% in any calendar billing month, affected enterprise customers are entitled to a 15% billing credit applied to their subsequent billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to utilize the platform to ingest malicious payloads, reverse engineer our vector pipeline, or transmit content that violates relevant legal jurisdictions or third-party copyright laws.

5. Billing, Pricing & Refunds

Subscription tiers (Developer Sandbox $0, Starter SaaS $19/mo, Business Pro $49/mo, Custom Enterprise $199/mo) are billed monthly or annually. Under Section 4.2 of our commercial refund schedule, early enterprise cancellations within 30 calendar days qualify for a full 100% refund upon written notice.
